Olympus AS-4000 PC Transcription Kit
 




The AS-4000 Kit is designed to work with the DS-4000 Digital Voice Recorder.
DSS Player Pro displays work folders, author IDs, work types, the time and date of each recording and each file's duration. Folder structures can be configured to suit your office needs. Each of the 5 folders can be named and configured to receive files from multiple locations.

This software can also be configured to allow direct FTP server connections. Typist Alert provides visible or audible alerts when new files are received. Encrypted files can easily be decrypted with the AS-4000 software.

  • Auto Opening of Templates - With this setting, you can link a template to an author's name or to a worktype.

  • Document Auto Creation Function - Automatically returns the document to the sender from whom it was sent or to any other specified location.
